Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on anything that is personalized.  However, if there has been an error on our part (name spelled wrong), please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise.  We strive for 100% satisfaction.

Please be sure all of your shipping information is correct when you check out.  We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address unless the mistake was on our part.
