Can I change the name or number on a particular appliqué?
Absolutely!  I can do any name, number, or initials you’d like.

Can I choose different colors of fabric or thread?
 You bet!  Please send me an email with the changes you’d like to make and we will work together to make your item just the way you want it.

Will my item be exactly like the picture?
Our goal is to make your product look just like the sample!  However, Bella Lou Co reserves the right to replace any fabrics if the one in the sample is no longer available.  It will be replaced with something that is deemed suitable by Bella Lou Co.

What is your turnaround time?
Our packages generally ship within 10 business days of receiving payment.  Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

All orders are processed in the order they are received.  If you fail to provide all of the requested info (this will cause delays) for your order, I will contact you to get additional information.

If you need your order rushed, please contact me and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate.  Rush fees vary depending on my current workload, how quickly you need your order, and how many items are in your order.

How do I care for my garment?

I recommend that you turn your garment inside out and hand wash or wash on gentle cycle.  It’s always best to lay flat of hang to dry.  However, if you’re like me, you’ll throw it in the dryer.  Just be sure to dry on low.

What type of payments do you accept?

Our current method of payment is PayPal.  PayPal accepts most major credit cards.  You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to check out through PayPal.  Please keep in mind that if you use echeck with PayPal, there is a 4-5 day hold before the money gets deposited into our account.
